Her service was so helpful and courteous, and extremely prompt. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to ensure the product was exactly to my liking. She was kind enough to put together two wonderful paper cakes for me in the midst of a snow storm, and shipped the parcel to me as soon as she could. The product I received was of excellent quality, as you can tell from the beautifully made items available in her etsy.com shop, and was priced extremely reasonably, especially considering the short notice, custom order, and the postage to the other side of the world. "I was planning my daughters 9th birthday and I really wanted something unique and wonderful.I didn't want the same old plastic bags filled with things that the kids dont even want or use.-such a waste of time filling them and money-. So I went on Etsy.com and I found this wonderful idea. Favors that look like slices of cakes!!!! I knew right there I needed to have them. Rachel was very helpful with giving me choices of sizes,colors and colors of ribbon. She made it so easy, and was so very excited to do the favors. So the order was made and I cannot tell you how wonderful these slices of cakes were..I just had to call everyone, to come over and see. It took alot of patience for someone to do such a great job.
